What we are building now
Our active project is a 15-acre off-grid sanctuary in Klamath County, Oregon. We are proving that ecological, self-sufficient living is the future of human habitation, through real-world development.
Off-Grid Sanctuary
A 15-acre off-grid sanctuary near Chemult, bordering Forest Service land. It already has a cabin warmed by a wood stove, a new 30x40 workshop, RV covers and a ready-to-use corral, with water from a gravity-fed well and 550-gallon tower. Five core projects take it fully off-grid: solar power, a self-sufficient water system, a wilderness retreat, low-impact glamping, and equine and land stewardship.
Existing assets include the cabin, a 30x40 workshop, RV covers, a corral, and a gravity-fed well feeding a 550-gallon water tower.
